By the way I look at it, if Alam Impian is going to be flooded, the whole of Shah Alam will be flooded as well. Crime: Alam Impian already has inhabitants in Tinta and Canting. LKSA planned Value: The way I look at it this housing areas are still value for money if you consider the finishing, built up size and future potential with what you are paying for. Try to compare it with what you get from neighboring areas like Bkt Jelutong, Putra Heights and Denai Alam.
