Hi there, Here are some few comments w.r.t your concerns: Flood: Actually the township is on an elevated land. By the way I look at it, if Alam Impian is going to be flooded, the whole of Shah Alam will be flooded as well. Crime: Alam Impian already has inhabitants in Tinta and Canting. I&P is currently providing the security patrolling that area. Well, unlike what you may hear from Si** sales people who tried to give bad image to Alam Impian about it (especially when they want to make sales for Denai Alam, sorry if I were to based from my own personal experience), the place is relatively safe. There's not even direct access from those industrial areas to Alam Impian. Until now, no reported serious crime committed by people from the industrial areas Access: I was also surprised a few months back when i visited this area because actually you can easily access it through Section 24 Shah Alam (near roundabout uptown) via temporary access (which is meant to be LKSA (Lebuhraya Kemuning Shah Alam)). LKSA planned Value: The way I look at it this housing areas are still value for money if you consider the finishing, built up size and future potential with what you are paying for. Try to compare it with what you get from neighboring areas like Bkt Jelutong, Putra Heights and Denai Alam.
