A very threatened natural water catchment area, surrounded by newly-developed residential areas. Hopefully the new Pakatan Rakyat's state government can put a stop at all these irresponsible land clearings and destruction of forest.

It is very sad to see the area surrounding the neighborhood... apart from illegal factories and some legalised ones by the previous state admin, the roads within this housing area has become daily routes for heavy vehicles. In 2007, MBSA set up height bars made of hollow steel to stop tall vehicles from entering the area; sadly the lorry drivers just hit the poles and bars, squezed their way through the bars. What to do... hopefully MBSA would fix the damaged bars soon... the damaged one near factory were cut and believed to be sold as scrap metal by u know who...

Poorly maintained service apartments. Don't be fooled by the cheap rate. Stinky old carpets, burn-out light bulbs, cobwebs everywhere, dirty toilet, leaky plumbing, smelly and bad refrigerator, broken power outlets. Towels not provided for guests.
