    This piece of land was sold to Nestle Malaysia for RM36million in 2010, as British American Tobacco Bhd has no more use for this Green Leaf Threshing plant due to the advent of AFTA, whereby higher quality processed green leaf (tobacco leaf) can be imported from Malaysia's neighbors without taxes...resulting in the plant being redundant!! Good investment for Nestle as their existing factory is just next door. Now Nestle does not have to worry about beetles flying over from BAT's tobacco leaves and contaminating their food products.

    Indiscriminate parking of cars on the narrow road outside the condo by the residents of this condo has made traffic flow difficult and even dangerous. Perhaps MBSA should issue summons daily or tow the cars away, as there should be enough car parking space inside the condo compound..of course at fee, which some residents try to save

    There is now just a small "balai", using the ground floor of a shop lot to operate....hardly adequate to combat crime and ensure safety of the residents and UiTM students. There should be a proper police station, something like the ones in Section 11 and 6. Section 7 is a very big and busy area..that is why a full fledged police station with enough manpower is really required!!!

    They are now building an overhead pedestrian bridge across Persiaran Kayangan. Looks like the Hospital will finally be opened to the people of Shah Alam soon!!! Maybe the Barisan Nasional Federal government wants to show the people of Shah Alam that they still care for them despite having lost the state in GE12 and GE13 (lesser state seats in GE13; only 12 out of 56 seats))

    This campus is overcrowded!!! Too many students...not so conducive for the students to really study and excel academically. I am quite sure that it was NOT built to cater for so many students.
