    I work nearby now, I was the contractor for this project. This area is full of indons & low life people causing alot trouble. Pity those MSU students who want to stay here. They got a very bright future & their future will go down the drain if they decided to stay here. Please avoid this area by all means even the last resort, get a nereast place near your university. Once you completed your studies you will have a very bright future. Many my friends send their children to very good university, they ended up in area like this, now they cause real pain to their parents & a failure in life.

    This area is geographically n structurally 'guarded' - via elevated lands, river and toll access. Its prestigous lay-out should add to the so-called 'social protection'. Go pay a visit. Seeing is believing.
