Using GPS equipment, found out that the difference in elevation was a few meters. The last flood in Taman Sri Muda was 10 years ago and was waist high. It never recurred. So a few meters is a good safety margin except if you get a mega flood that will also cover Proton factory :-)

well,actually the area already been back filled up to more 10fts++. and the platform level of the area have same level with highway ... only the entrance to site area we have to go under flying over of the highway ... i think the flood problem before was resolved as developer already increased the land level ... the developer already consider the problem while in planning, i thought.... the location is quiet good...for investment ...as it near the factory area.... and other facility ... 2 car parks ...suitable to family which have 2 cars ...freehold...yr home can be inherited by yr next,next,next generation.... the price is quiet affordable...if you compare with other apartments in same vicinity ...i suggest that anyone should go to the site, to get full picture of the situation... the progress of the construction...i checked last week..the structural works nearly complete... i think the apartment can be completed before 2010...
