    I nearly bought a unit there, as they do promotion in Giant. The feng-shi area is very bad & always flood when rain. The build up area is below the bridge indicate money will loss & area triangle area under the bridge indicate my life will not growth. Many low class people there, I just don't like the way they gossip. Waste of time & energy. So I ended up buying U1 Condo.
